Better NPC
Allows for customization of NPCs, including attire, weapons, health, spawn, etc.
This is currently used on select maps, such as Detroit, to add NPCs to areas that otherwise wouldn't have them.
This plugin adds variety of NPC sets with very high number of parameter sets on standard and custom monuments. Also it is added during dropping the server AirDrop, locked crate and destroying a tank or helicopter. See link above for more detailed documentation.
