Converts bases of inactive players to raidable and then destroys them.

If you do not login for 7 days, your base will become raidable to other players
Bases are configured to remain raidable for 90 minutes before being destroyed
Admin Commands
/sar - to convert a base to a raidable base
/sab - to run a check for abandoned bases
/sar cancel - to cancel event and prevent base from being destroyed
/sar claim - to convert a base to be claimed by players
/sar purge - to convert all bases on the server to raidable
