You must be mounted on the horse in order to change their breed
You can use either the name or the number associated with each breed for commands.
Player Commands
/horse help - brings up a list of breeds and cost
/horse [breed] - changes the breed of the horse you are sitting on
Admin Commands
horse [player name] [breed] - changes players horse and charges the corresponding amount if player does not have horsebreeds.bypass
