Allows players to deploy ziplines from a distance using a crossbow

Once you have placed your start point, do not switch off of the crossbow, or you will have to start over.
Player Commands
/zipline buy - purchases a zipline tool
/zipline buycable [amount] - purchases zipline cable
/zipline toggle - toggles bidirectional mode for zipline on or off
