Limits are per person AND per base. If you have hit your limit your teammates will not be able to place more within that base's building priviledge, but they are free to place them elsewhere.
Sprinkler Limit - 50
Beehive Limit - 30
Hitch & Trough Limit - 10
Player Commands
/limit or /limits - will show your limits
